The Brief:
To create a 12-month, transformational leadership experience that builds clarity, confidence, courage and strategies to influence change.
The Impact:
The Game Plan’s partnership with the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) has enabled a trusted community to be established amongst women at various levels in the game. Changemakers is founded upon psychological safety, relationships, and the willingness to explore authenticity. It brings together an experiential approach to development, with awareness of the body, storytelling and therapeutic practices to develop the whole-self.
